Change several idea authors

1. Click on Admin and then on theChannel in which you want to change idea authors.

2. Click on Ideas in the left navigation.

3. Select the ideas you want to change the idea author of, and click on

.

4. Click on Export ideas.

5. Open the file in Excel and change the email addresses to the new idea authors emails. Then save your changes.

6. Back on the platform in the idea list, click on

and then on Change authors.

5. Drag and drop the Excel file in the dedicated area.

6. Match the columns with the Idea IDs and the Author emails with the right headers.

6. Click on Review changesin the top right corner. If everything looks alright click on A****pply changes
